Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items

- Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue
DOA cases are reviewed individually and may require manufacturer verification. Approved DOA claims may qualify for replacement or refund.
Return Process

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping

Refunds
