Mail Order – Non-Restricted Items

Ordering non-restricted items online is straightforward. Simply add the items to your Cart and choose either 1st Class or 2nd Class delivery.

Same-day dispatch: All in-stock orders received before 3:00 pm are dispatched the same day.

Out-of-stock items: If an item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated delivery date.

Refunds: If we are unable to deliver your item within 7 working days, you may request a refund. A 50 euros administration fee applies.

You can obtain delivery quotes before completing your order by following the checkout process. Payment details do not need to be entered in order to see delivery options and prices.

RFD Transfer EU & Nationwide Delivery (Restricted Items)

Restricted items—including shotguns, firearms, air rifles, CO₂ pistols, silencers/sound moderators, and ammunition—must be collected in person either from our store or from a local Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD).

Legal Requirements

You must be over 18 years old and present valid photographic ID, such as:

Passport

Driving licence

Shotgun or firearms certificate

You will also need to provide your full address.

RFD Transfer Costs

Next weekday delivery (UK Mainland): 30 Euros

Saturday morning delivery: 50 euros

The receiving RFD typically charges around 50 euros for handling and processing the transfer, though this varies by dealer and item. We will confirm the exact cost when you place your order.

How It Works

We dispatch restricted items nationwide and maintain a network of reliable RFDs throughout the EU. Simply provide your postcode, and we will locate a convenient RFD for collection. In some cases, the most convenient dealer may not be the absolute closest.

To minimise risk of theft or damage during transit, we generally do not dispatch RFD items on Fridays unless a Saturday delivery has been specifically requested.

All items—including carriage costs—must be paid in full before dispatch.
