At airsguns.shop, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This Airgun Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how warranty claims are handled.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most airguns sold on airsguns.shop are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by brand and product.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Warranties are provided and honored by the manufacturer, not airsguns.shop
- Warranty periods typically range from 30 days to 12 months from the date of purchase
- Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use
Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation included with your product for exact warranty details.
What the Warranty Covers
Manufacturer warranties generally cover:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Mechanical or functional failures not caused by misuse
- Issues present at the time of manufacture
If a covered defect is confirmed, the manufacturer may repair, replace, or refund the product at their discretion.
What Is NOT Covered
Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs
- Damage from dry firing, improper lubrication, or incorrect ammunition
- Accidental damage or cosmetic wear
- Issues caused by failure to follow manufacturer instructions
airsguns.shop is not responsible for warranty claims resulting from improper use.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your airgun has a warranty-covered issue:
- Review the manufacturer’s warranty terms included with your product
- Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support
- Provide proof of purchase, serial number (if applicable), and a description of the issue
Some manufacturers may require the product to be returned for inspection before approval.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
If your airgun arrives defective or non-functional:
- Contact airsguns.shop within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue
DOA claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require manufacturer verification.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customers are typically responsible for:
- Shipping costs to the manufacturer or service center
If a warranty claim is approved, return shipping may be covered by the manufacturer, depending on their policy.
Customer Responsibility
To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:
- Use the airgun only as intended
- Follow all safety, maintenance, and care instructions
- Use proper ammunition and accessories
Failure to follow guidelines may void the warranty.
Limitation of Liability
airsguns.shop does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.
All products are sold “as is” unless otherwise specified.
